Good laces that is snug around ankles, the sole has a comfortable cushioning when you land tumbles and the base has an easy time holding the shoes with an accessible grip.

I loved my new shoes they are so light weight and breathable. They are so good for tumbling and makes the landing soft.

Such amazing customer service. I contacted them to let them know I needed my shoes to be with me asap because I lost my old pair, they got back to me straight away and made sure to have my shoes posted out to me asap. I want to start by saying how phenomenal the customer service is. Trixstar goes the extra mile to do the little things. The shoes are very good quality. In our house these shoes get worn 4-5 times per week and still look in near new condition.
My daughter loves her shoes. She says they are comfortable and supportive.

After a wee glitch in the system where my order didn’t trigger as a pre-order, the communication was second to none. A different size was sent out and luckily they fit! Tracking was amazing and the speed in which the shoes arrived was incredible. Once again, the communication throughout the process was amazing!

The team at TriXstar are super responsive + the postage service is amazing. I had to travel to Sydney to order the shoes but they were here in time for my daughters comp.. Highly recommended for their customer service.

These shows are such good quality and the speed of our order being packed and shipped was awesome.

This is our second season using Trixstar cheer shoes. Our first pair lasted the whole cheer season.

I ordered the wrong size, and a replacement was sent and arrived the same week, with a labelled satchel to return the originals.

I purchased these on a Thursday afternoon and received them the next day. My daughter tried them on and though she said they felt comfortable I ordered the wrong size. I messaged the TriXstar team and they have organised to send the correct size along with a prepaid satchel for me to send the other pair back. From this experience I feel we will be supporting TriXstar for many more years to come

Great quality shoes

My daughter suffers from feet sensitivity. For the first time ever with new shoes, there were no tears, no break in time and she has asked if she can have more pairs to wear every day.
