The Factory Seconds TriXstar Altairs are brand new and in their original packaging. They have not been worn. The items were held aside during our strict Quality Control measures for cosmetic rather than functional reasons.

These shoes have minor cosmetic blemishes, such as subtle off-stitching, minor imperfections in the pure white dye (no random colours), and a few pairs with missing eyelets that have been reinforced.

To ensure the highest-grade quality in our seconds, every pair has been professionally checked and reinforced with additional stitching from an award-winning Australian fourth-generation shoemaking and repair business.

Can you return or exchange Factory Second items? We accept returns on all unworn Factory Second items within 30 days of purchase. Returns on factory Second items come with a $30 restocking fee.

Please note the Factory Seconds pairs do not include the free scrunchies and a drawstring bag.
